Office Management
The Office Management at Gerber Construction supports company operations by maintaining office duties and procedures. They are an essential component to the Gerber Team.
Project Managers
Before any building can take place our Project Managers must plan the work and set goals with management and the superintendents to set a production timeline. The Project Managers at Gerber work closely with the foreman in the field and laborers from start date to completion date.
Estimators
Our Team consists of experienced Project Estimators. As part of the Gerber team, our estimators are responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings. They know everything required to successfully bid and win projects. They are a critical factor in maintain our workload.
Superintendents
The Foreman at Gerber all know "money is not made until cement hits the ground." We are proud of our Superintendents, without them nothing would actually get built. The Superintendents at Gerber Construction have gained plenty of hands on experience working their way up through the ranks. They are our leaders out in the field.
Field Team Members
Our field crews are the backbone of our company. Without them our team would not accomplish projects on time and under budget.
Shop Employees
Gerber Construction has a fully functional shop. The Shop employees fix and service Gerber's trucks and equipment. They paint, weld, and manufacture to spec support materials for all of our construction projects. They drive, dump, and haul anything and everything to projects all over the state. Our Shop employees provides the support our team needs.
